强煎比萨

听过油条的故事吗？
听说是老百姓为了报复当年陷害岳飞的奸丞相秦檜所制出来的。

前几天的世界杯，意大利的 Marco 应用攻心计，结果导致既将退休的基丹老猫烧须。虽然当时他说了什么至今大家还不知道，但是肯定是一些不好听的话。我不是偏帮法国，可是我厌恶 Marco 的做法；所以我决定模仿前人，来为意大利设计一个类似秦檜油条的食物，叫做“强煎比萨”。

强煎比萨的做法很简单，用料有：
1）切丝的Mozarella 芝士，
2）切片番茄
3）切片青椒
4）少许切丝洋葱
5）橄榄油
6）罐头番茄酱
7)印度煎饼 (Roti Canai) <—- 马来西亚印籍的拿手料理

制作也很简单，只需把所有材料洒上煎到半熟的印度煎饼上（用橄榄油煎），煎至芝士融化便成了。
味道如何？老实说，我还没试过。

如果你家里有烘炉，又想自制比萨就很简单（这个我试过）。
到百货公司买 Pitta bread,别买燕麦的，普通白色那种就好，每个的直径大概是6寸大。
把所有材料洒上Pitta Bread,分量随你，可是如果番茄太多，烤后的结果是饼皮软绵绵。
将烘炉设定在200摄氏左右，等到烘炉热透才把准备好的比萨放入。
等到芝士融化即大功告成。

可乐喷泉的物理

上个月，我曾提过这个超好玩的可乐mentos喷泉。
这个喷泉至少可以喷上一城楼的高度，请看：超变态喷泉影片

很多人都认为是mentos和可乐参在一起时的化学作用（如：苏打+醋）所形成的。
前几天的美国科学人的详细分析非常令我感到意外：Soda Fountains, or Diet Coke, Mentos and Surface Tension

因为形成喷泉的真正原因不是来自化学作用，而是物理作用！
当mentos溶解在可乐时，可乐里的表面张力大幅降低，没办法保留原本在液体内的气态二氧化碳。因为过程非常快，再加上大瓶装可乐的瓶颈帮助加速从瓶内涌出来的可乐。

最近我喜欢发布一些youtube 影片，可是因为很多朋友的网路频率不够高，没办法观看。
在这种情形下，最好的办法是先把影片下载，然后再看。
下面这个讨论区很清楚地用图片一步一步解释下载过程。

根据版主，这个方法可以在以下的网页使用：

我个人觉得很有用。
